Upgrade to V5R2 system question

We upgraded our 730 from V4R5 to V5R2 about a month ago and our DASD keeps
climbing little by little and we have an awful lot of jobs running under
the
subsystem - QSYSWRK for QUSER and job name QSQSRVR. Plus a whole mess
starting with QT. Can anyone tell me what these all are or for?

Thank you,
