And what really grinds me is that none of these charges and taxes appear 
when you use the online search services.  Perhaps that is why they do 
this.  Rent a car scams are the same way.  Hey this company is cheaper 
only to find out there's an airport fee or some such thing.

  When you  called you were TOLD the system was new and had problems. It 
was only working in a very spotty manner through out the hotel. Then 
they  had the   audacity to bill for it  under the resort fee. When 
challenged - what a tale  you heard.  It was  better then the 7 day valet 
parking fees at $15/day and who had a car? Then there is the  you 
requested 
delivery of the Orlando SUN fees ( in  fine type at the  bottom of the 
bill) for 7 days. PLUS  a $5 per package to receive and hand to me over 
the 
counter[ no delivery].  These sort of actions vs  services are NOT  good 
moves for  the hospitality industry, especially in a competitive  city 
like 
Orlando!  OFF my list for the future until they prove themselves worthy
