The classrooms are behind a locked door, and you have to ring the doorbell
to interrupt the instructor every time someone gets up to use the
rest-room. You never see sunlight. Once when I was there, and raging
thunderstorm came through, and I was oblivious. Four and a half days in a
basement in Rochester Minnesota is just too much for me. Cruel and
inhumane punishment. Oh by the way, not cheap.

<snip>
The only drawback is that the classrooms are so far down in the basement
that cell phones and beepers
do not work,.......
</snip>

That's a drawback? I call it a blessing. We go there to learn, not to
extend our office to a remote location. Set up specific times with
customers (internal and/or external) that you will return calls. Breaks
are provided on a regular basis and cell reception at the top of the stairs
works well. Oh by the way, the elevator is around the corner from the
stairway and down the hall just a bit. Not worth the walk and wait for it.
