We are not looking for detailed routing but more high level type of
routing. Do you know of a way (outsource/system/program) that when given a
origin and a destination that the states travelled can be programmatically
derived?

We are running into issues with trying to manage bridge weight laws in 7
states right now. So there are two pieces: 1.) generate State list 2.)
work with State Bridge law table. We can easily maintain a table on the 7
states. Programmatically determining the states travelled on a given
shipment is a little tougher. Any thoughts?
