Desktop... MS has it. Period. Regardless of political persuasion. As much as I hate it, I have to run at least one desktop in my office with windows. And soon, it *won't* be XP. But... If you are a developer for Linux, then your desktop being Linux makes sense. You can dual boot... or pay for VMWare.
