That's probably what I am going to have to do after talking with support also.

I got something like that on a 170 with the latest pack about a month ago. I 
called support and I had to load the License internal code again and then I 
just put on the cummulative pack, no hypers, no problem that time. Not sure 
what 
happened but that ptf number sounds like the one I had issue with.
