RE: CPYLIB and no records copied

I use CPYLIB on a regular, sometimes daily, basis (on 4.5 and 5.2).  Not
experienced any problems.  Is the library getting fully cleared?  Iirc,
DATA(*NO) is the default, so don't believe that comes into play on CPYLIB.
