Place a 2 next to the job 
Tab down to the command line 
Type:   log(4 00 *seclvl) logclpgm(*yes)
Press enter

If that's not quick enough, hold the jobq it's submitted to. Submit the 
job, display the jobq and do the same as above. Then release the jobq.
