iSeries Access Personal Communications Emulator Not Created User Job Logs when User Performs a Communication 'Disconnect'

This is to follow up on my post yesterday on users performing *Nolist
Signoffs.

We found the way this was being done was not from a command line change of
the Signoff Keyword List(*nolist), but instead, the user is just doing the
following in the iSeries Access Emulator:

>From the iSeries Access Menu Bar:
- select Communications, disconnect

Then, the job log is not being created.

Any ideas on how to force these to job logs ?
