Take away the monmsg(cpf0000) lines and watch it run from the console.
After you firure out the cause, put them back.

I have a couple of jobs I've attempted to submit to QCTL in Qstrup. They
have a monmsg (cpf0000) for each to prevent the startup from getting
interrupted, and the jobs never show up in QCTL. When I manually subit
them,
or run a CL program that submits them, they take off just fine.
Any idea what the problem might be?
