I don't usually worry until a system gets over 90%, but it depends on
factors like your growth rate and how much DASD you have in the first place.
The space between 90 and 100% on a terabyte system is alot greater than on a
50 GB system.  You also need to be aware of how much your DASD use swings
over each day to day, week to week and month to month period.

We're currently at 62% of 226 GB in production, but a couple of years ago we
were holding pretty steady at about 87% of 150 GB.  One day a programmer
tried to do something that got away from them (copy a large prod file into a
test environment or something like that).  We were at 92% when I noticed the
rise and hit 96 or 97% before it went back down.  SNA quit working for
awhile, but the users never knew anything was going on at all.
