1) Immediately after an upgrade is different than putting on a cume later in the life cycle of that release. Immediately after a release I've had to put on the cume, IPL, and then the groups. Later in the life cycle, I put on the groups, etc, the cume and then IPL after the cume. 2) The group are NOT just a delta from the cume. I don't remember the instructions being that explicit before or did I just not see them? I will have to say that in all the years I've done ptf's, I don't think I have ever done this process in that sequence.
