We're using MKS Implementer, currently deploying to 4 different AS400s. It
handles multiple development and QA environments, has rudimentary
concurrent development support, does have the ability to work with
Code400/WDSC, although we're not currently using the integration. It has a
built-in help desk/project management component, change roll-back from
archive, although that's a little kludgy imho. It tracks and recompiles
complex and related objects, can use change commands instead of recompiles
for database objects, and for us at least, administration is pretty
minimal. It doesn't really support multi-platform development (Windows &
Unix), but there's another tie-in package available that does that for
additional $$. All in all, I like it just fine.
