Socket Programming and Sendind *DTAQ entries

Hello all,

Does anybody have sample code to do a "Sockets Connection" from an AS400 to
another AS400
and simply having *DTAQ entries flowing to the target AS400.

Is there any shorcuts to the learning curve ?
