Sorry - this is not correct.  CPYF takes all overrides into account.  SEQONLY 
will be used only if it can.  Unique key constraints (for one example) prevent 
SEQONLY from being used.  You should get a message in your joblog stating that 
the open was changed to SEQONLY(*NO) if the system makes that decision.
