I'm going to show my ignorance here. What is the "No of a thousand yes's"
solution? I haven't heard that one before.

Perfect candidate for the "No of a thousand yes's" solution. The Oracle
World seems to understand the concept of delays and detours. It is built
into their business model and is the source of most of their revenue growth.
You might as well get on board and milk it for all the trips and
conferences you can get. Build up your resume, including the conversion
processes, and meet and befriend the many Oracle Support people that will be
parading through. Watch for telltale signs of disaster and use your new
found knowledge to go on to the next engorgement.

Well, let's say this hypothetical company uses both World and OneWorld and
is considering moving every instance to OneWorld and then migrating to Sun
running Oracle.
