Mark,

I found both Announcement Letters and the Sales Manual by following the link
for Public PartnerWorld (PartnerInfoP).  No ID was necessary.  I didn't have
time to explore the interface, but it looks as though they have consolidated
the InfoLink functionality into a public portion of PartnerWorld.
