If you get the chance, compare the configurations of the HP printers - there is a setting where it will do a little compression for printable are, or something like that - maybe.

Basically, see what is different.

Just got word from my sup that this printed perfectly at the client site.
Everything lined up on their HP.  My sup couldn't confirm the HP model
they're using.

I'd still like to know what's going on with our printer, but my attention
has been directed to other work now.
