I allow relaying from my internal network, that's it. My boss tells me we're going to get a box to put in front of our Domino STMP that will handle relay blocking as well as spam filtering, virus scanning, etc., and if it works we'll probably stop using Domino's relay controls. But then you probably don't allow relaying off of your Domino server. I suppose you could open one particular address. We run Domino SMTP on a box separate from the one we run ESEND on, and it uses the address we have in MAILROUTER to find the SMTP server. Hopefully you've wrapped the api into something. Therefore you would just need to change your wrapper program to use your email server of choice.
