What about calling Keyes? Rob Berendt -- "All creatures will make merry... under pain of death." -Ming the Merciless (Flash Gordon) "Rick Rayburn" <the400man@xxxxxxxxxxx> Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 01/15/2004 01:25 PM Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx cc Fax to Subject 400 E-Mail and AOL Geez, it's coldddd!!! We are using Keyes E-mail to generate letters with invoices, credits and order acknowledgements as attachments and it works pretty darn good...not perfect, but pretty darn good. HOWEVER...the attachments (sent as .RTF or rich text) are being discarded...not accepted...never viewable. Either they are falling to spam checking or they are not passing virus points...some filterization because they never make it into the inbox of your AOL account. Has anyone been down this road before and, if so, does anyone know how to resolve it. Sure, I could try and call AOL tech support but...have you tried doing that lately? Thanks all.
