grep, which stands for "Grab a Regular Expression", is part of the base
Unix operating system and has been for ooooooh - 25 years or so?  There
is also a GNU version.

Uh huh.  But if an OS/400 command doesn't work, I call IBM.  That IS
different than Windows (and Unix).

Once again, Microsoft doesn't actually DO anything, they buy it.  SFU
was originally Interix, from Interop.
