Locate the message in DSPLOG for QHST. You'll see an occurrence of the
message when it was sent by the failing job, and another occurrence at the
time of reply. The occurrence at the time of reply will be followed by the
reply itself. For example:

Error message CPF4128 appeared during OPEN for file CUTLOGFC (C S D F).
C

If you press F1 on the line with the "C" (or whatever reply) you'll see the
user who replied, on the From: line. If you press F9 from there you'll see
the actual job name, user, and job number where the reply was executed.
Then all you have to do is gather the mob and light the torches.
