Jim, When you set up partitions the interactive CPW also is allocated to the various partitions according to the definition of the partition. Have the system guy, or whoever set the thing up, tell you how much interactive power is allocated to which partitions. I think it's done in percentages. If you have the appropriate authority you can use Management Central or Service Tools to view this yourself. It's theoretically possible that your development partition has no interactive CPW.
