Generally as Standard practise that makes auditors happy is: 1. Create a 2nd SECOFR account. (MYSECOFR) 2. Change the password on the QSECOFR account to something you need to copy from a piece of paper (eg randomly selected keys) 3. Hide that piece of paper in a safe/locked offsite box (you know the most likely time that you'll need it is a 3am on a Sunday morning so best if it's not with the CEO) 4. the MYSECOFR password should be reasonably difficult and the account should not be used as the regular signon. You need the QSECOFR password for upgrades and system restores and changing the DST password. Most software installs require QSECOFR or similar now days.
