Thanks to those of you who sent the workers.properties file.  I found that
your files matched each other but mine was different - mostly when your file
referenced 'express', mine referenced 'was' (even though I'm not, to my
knowledge using WebSphere).  Unfortunately, I'm still getting the original
message:
