Aren't there normally tours offered to nearby IBM facilities during COMMON conferences? At any rate, the Lab and IBM Canada headquarters buildings are in Markham, a suburb just north of Toronto. It would be about a half-hour to an hour bus ride from downtown, depending on the time of day.
