Hmmm, I assume you meant the files were compiled with LVLCHK(*YES) and not the program. That being the case, you probably have one of three things happening. First, there may be an OVRDBF LVLCHK(*NO) in a CL program that calls the program in question. Second, the program you think is running may not be the one that is actually running. Third is that the file you think is being used is not the file actually being used. I suggest watching the job as it executes to determine whether any overrides are present, which program is being executed, and which files are actually open. Good luck. Donald R. The number of fields changed, the size of several fields changed. The file went from 861 long to 1006 long. The program was compiled with LEVELCHK *YES. <clip>
