That's an HTML email.  Those are HTML tags.  If you were trying to
process into a Physical file, you would just ignore that stuff.

We process emails with TXT attachments all the time.  You just look for
the line where it says *Begin attachment" or whatever.

You can try to have the user or system send the email as plain text.
Will make it much easier to read through.
