Ken: We have 2 NG generators (one 20kva the other a 12kva). One runs the computer room, first going to a 13kva UPS that holds the room up during the generator startup. The other generator runs the 2 A/C units. Originally we had the AC on the same generator, but it cause the power to be "dirty". We test ours every week and have had several outages that have been flawless. The NG generators are pretty quiet as well. Baring an earthquake, I like knowing we will always have fuel. cjg Carl J. Believe it or not, our generator is a tried and true diesel generator... That it failed during a monthly test and took everything with it wasn't very comforting, but at least the fire in the switch didn't spread! Ha! We were lucky that this was an "attended" test.
