Nathan,

If the PTF is applied at IPL time you should be ok. The PTF apply occurs
very early in the IPL process, well before your TCP/IP and AnyNet are
started.

Subject: PTF installation question

Hi,

We are running V5R2.

In a PTF cover letter it says:

"Before applying this PTF, you must insure that the TCP/IP
protocol stack is inactive, and the 'Allow ANYNET Support
network attribute' bit is off. "

If I apply this PTF during an IPL do I still have to set the Allow ANYNET
Support to off?

Thanks

Regards,
