I know the v4r5 story.... If it was entirely up to me, we would have
upgraded long ago.
Running v5r1, chgopa gives me "Command CHGOPA in library *LIBL not found.".

First let's check this. If you are running a version of OS/400 that is
currently supported then
CHGPOPA <F4>
Message split size . . . . . . . *NOMAX

If you aren't, then let us know and then somewhere in the archives was
some data area or something that would do the same function.

Attachments mangled with SNDDST

I've reposted with a more appropriate Subject:

I have a v5r1 machine that is not encoding attachments (e.g., .txt, .csv
from a snddst/document file) correctly. I've set this up before a few
times
on v4r5 with no problem. Our Exchange mail guy is telling me that the
attachment is not getting proper Boundary delimiters before/after the
file.

Any suggestions on what to check in SMTP/MSM?
