Marty, That should be possible. Since the .BIN files you download from FTP can be either be used in the image catalog or burned to a CD and loaded from CD. It seems reasonable to expect that that you could make your own .BIN files from a CD. I would guess that you'd need to use a CD burner to read the CD. Every CD burning software I've seen has an option to save an image of the CD onto your hard drive. Usually with a .ISO or .BIN extension.
