Probably - see if there is a default reply on the message, then change the job to INQMSGRPY(*DFT). If no default reply, change it, if it will not affect other users.

Or use a system reply list entry and, again, change the job to INQMSGRPY(*SYSRPYL). This might have less universal impact.
