The March 17 & 24 editions of Midrange Server Four Hundred Guru each have 
an article on the CL enhancements. Ted Holt seemed to get the scoop on this 
stuff. I believe CL stuff would not be announced in programming languages, 
if at all, since it's considered part of OS/400 --- i5/OS --- whatever!
