I recently was interested in the same thing. And some replied with actual
answers. Since then I've seen the light in two ways.
One, use the official IBM API's instead. Trying to read that file, or
worse, try to update it with your own database tool, is probably not a
good idea.
Two, that pucker is too limited. At least for what I was trying to do. I
have several user id's. ROBB13 and ROBB26 cannot have the same email
address. Now, I use alternative methods and went so far as to use a
command exit point to convert SNDDST into SNDEMAIL.

Another point of information. At some point IBM keeps piling on numerous
exit point programs. For instance, if you've used this field, then delete
57xx-TC1, you'll be unable to delete user profiles until you find and
remove that exit point program. Not that anyone should ever deleted
57xx-TC1 from a machine. (Getting it ready for sale. I know, look at the
FAQ on Preparing a system for sale. I just like to double up the
cleanliness.) Very similar to the cra@ I went through after deleting
OV/400 prior to removing everyone from OV/400.

Getting Email addresses

I would like to locate the file wherein the email addresses in the system
are stored. I don't think it is in the QAOK group of files. This object is
hard to break down as well. WRKCMD doesn't work with it.
