Well, on tuesday this week I was hunting after an error of a lexmark Printer which "out of a sudden" printed everything again and again .... We even made up a support case at Lexmark, because it only happened when printing through postscript drivers. Solution was that somebody had put in a "50 copies" value on the panel of that Optra N !!! which was overridden by PCL jobs but not ba Postscript ...
Oh well, I think I IPL'ed one AS/400 about three times, via the front panel, waiting for the signon screen until my coworker and I realized that we were on the second session of the dumb terminal (Alt-Jump). You can bet that tidbit is now typed up in my downtime instructions. I like the tales of stupid user as much as the next guy, and can take it too.
