The 5250 protocol does not have the ability to specify display fonts.
However, most of the handheld scanners have a setting that lets you change
the font size -- at the expense of the number of characters that can fit
on the screen at once.

Remember, 5250 is 1970's technology!

Only for print files.  And even then, the printer must support IPDS/AFPDS
or host print transform.

If you replaced 5250 emulation with software of your own design, then you
might have a chance, depending on the capabilities of the Intermec
terminal itself...
