You can make a custom silent installation. That assumes everyone should be the same. That could be run from a file server or some other means. But it'd be the same everywhere. Or maybe an email with an executable or whatever means you have at your disposal.

You still need to get connections in OpsNav set up, as well as 5250 sessions, probably. I've not looked into large-scale stuff in this arena.

The silent install stuff is documented at <www.iseries.ibm.com/access> - search for "silent" or "install" or look at the info APARs.
