Does anyone know what this is? It came with my V5R2 subscription and I haven't a clue. The iSeries Information site and the Archives don't seem to help much either. Most references were on commands that required it as a prerequisite. I found one reference to some sort of mainframe program used to control PTF's. Is this some kind of client software for that?
