It looks like I confused myself. I only replied directory to Jerry when I
intended to replay only to Midrande-l. Here is what I sent to Jerry earlier
today.

Yes, you need to sign on to DST using the directions that let you do that
using the control panel. When you do, you should change the password of the
QSECOFR service tool user ID. Then once you have done that you will be able
to sign on to STRSST with that user ID.
