We are constantly archiving data at development machine which is not in use for 
more than 6months of period.
It is saving disk spaces, but delaying a lot of testing at development such as:
 01000 - CLRPFM FILE(QSHTEST/YNF1)                                 
Devices LIB3 will be used for control group *N type *RTV.               
Retrieve of object YNF1 member YNF1 for library QSHTEST in     
  progress.
How do we solve this?
