Logic error?

That code works on my machine.  In the sample below the DSPLY statement 
executes.

C                     MOVE '4711'    SPPROD  4
C                     MOVE '4711'    XPROD   4
C                     MOVE '123'     SPLOT   3
C                     MOVE '345'     XPLOT   3
C                     MOVE 'YES'     M       3
C           XPROD     IFNE *BLANKS
C           SPPROD    IFNE XPROD
C           SPLOT     ORNE XPLOT
C           1         DSPLY          M
C                     ENDIF
C                     ENDIF
C                     MOVE *ON       *INLR

So, you've either got a line Commented out, or you've got fields of 
dissimilar sizes with leading blanks or your AS400 is broken.  If it's not 
commented out code, step through in debug and make sure the values are 
really what you think they are.
