Me, too, Rob. It says 'logical' AND but is actually a 'bitwise' AND. Same confusion for LOR and LNOT.

Also, I just discovered these have been around since V3R7!

Since you didn't post in the RPG-L list, how about some SQL.

select * from YCSC1 where land(YSTAT1, x'40')
