This saga just seems to go on forever. I believe a
great many accounts are frozen at V4R5 for the same
reason.

My next plan of attack is to recommend that we just
keep a 170 or whatever at V4R5 and keep OV/400 alive
forever. We just hook the older box into the network
and keep on trucking with newer boxes for everything
else. That keeps everybody happy and an extra box
laying around for other stuff. Hooking two 400's
together is childs play.
