We will probably just put our existing UPS's on top of the rack to power the xSeries and keep it simple.Um, UPSs on TOP of a 7 ft rack? That sounds slightly dangerous to me but it's not my computer room!!

Wall - > UPS - > PDU - > All your stuff. Optionally you can also plug some of your stuff directly into the UPS if you'd like.
As for capacity you need to 'do the math' again and total up all the
requirements of the servers, HMC, etc to find out if it's got enough juice. Plan B is to plug it all in and see if the magic smoke comes out. I don't think that would make Cole happy though!!
