After you install SP2 of Win XP, Incoming Remote Command will probably time out on the iSeries. The firewall needs an exception applied. IBM has an article on getting around problems with the new firewall stuff in Win XP SP2. It's document number 349950912, "iSeries Access for Windows and PC Firewall Products". Go to <www.iseries.ibm.com/access> and go to the bottom of the page. There is a section on Windows - take the first link, then there will be a link in the middle of that page to the above article.
