I'd like to ask everyone to try and avoid providing links to pay sites
without providing any substance.
midrange.com's guiding principal is that information should be free ...
and only providing a link to a pay site, without providing any
substance, kind of defeats that purpose.
For sites that offer some free contents, and some pay content, it's
really a judgment call. If the content you are linking to provides
access to content for a period of time and then makes it pay, consider
that when posting. If someone is looking for information after the
content is no longer free, it defeats the purpose.
