I didn't even think of Java, but after seeing Scott's post, I googled for Firefox Java plug-in, and the second click got me to the download. Real quick, real fast, while I blinked, and InfoCenter is now all there!

I use the Infocenter from Firefox quite often, it works fine.  You need to
get the Java plugin for the Navigation frame to work.

Same is true for Mozilla.
