Whereas a cpytoimpf does NOT adopt the authority of the directory that you
place the object in, (unlike ftp, netserver, etc), is there a command like
GRTOBJAUT to use a reference object?
GRTOBJAUT OBJ(MYLIB/MYOBJ)
          OBJTYPE(*FILE)
          REFOBJ(QSYS/MYLIB)
          REFOBJTYPE(*LIB)
So that I could do something like
CHGAUT OBJ('/mydir/myfile.txt') REFOBJ('/mydir')

I am open to qshell suggestions.
