I still stand by:  If a year has passed since that superceeded ptf has 
been applied and multiple IPLs have occurred,   then you HAVE followed the 
special instructions...

What if the superseded PTF was applied "immediate" and it wasn't done in
restricted mode?  (If you even remember that much.)

Not trying to pick nits here, Rob.  Just that the "special instructions 
for
superseded PTFs" are less than clear.
